	Excelsior Gas fires The new Excelsior range of gas fires consists of two appliances one with a radiant heat output the other providing both radiant and convected warmth. Both of these appliances can be supplied with either the modern pebble fire bed or the traditional, coal effect both with the high banked fire bed which is the signature of the Excelsior range. Any of these fires can be used with the full selection of Focal Point Fires fronts and frames. Additionally, the Contemporary steel front is also available.
	Excelsior RADIANT Shown here with Contemporary fire front, pebble effect fire bed and plain black fire back. This dramatic pebble effect looks extremely cool however, it is quite capable of providing over 3.5kW of radiant heat. Compatible with conventional chimneys, most prefabricated flues and modern block flue systems. Also available with traditional coal fire effect. Optional hand held remote control enables you to adjust the flame height from the comfort of your arm chair. The valve fitted to this fire is battery operated so there is no need for an electricity supply at the appliance.
Excelsior CONVECTOR Shown here with polished brass Elysee fire front and matching frame This appliance is capable of providing over 4.1kW of combined radiant and convected heat. Compatible with conventional chimneys and prefabricated flues down to 5" (125mm) int. diameter. Also available with Contemporary front and pebbel fire bed. Optional hand held remote control enables you to adjust the flame height from the comfort of your arm chair. The valve fitted to this fire is battery operated so there is no need for an electricity supply at the appliance.

This inset gas fire is designed to fit into an existing grate fitted with a traditional 16" tapered fires back. This inset fire is only suitable for use in a conventional chimney.
